The back ground is alive, try zmatrix. Then there are object dock, icons, colored folders etc which can be individually installed and configured. But it all comes in Vista Inspirat 1.1. Then top it off with Aero Black visual style .
And before I forget, The clock has been removed from system tray and the startclock was used for fusion
